Cheesman Park Real Estate
This lovely neighborhood borders Josephine, Corona, 8th Ave and Colfax with a spectacular park centered between named after Walter S. Cheesman who donated the pavilion to the park in 1910. This neighborhood has stately high rise condos on one side of the park and mixed apartment dwellings and old brick bungalows on the other side. Walking distance to eclectic Colfax where you can get just about anything as well as coffee shops and restaurants make this is a great urban local for any city dweller.
