Once a place for all of Denver’s 19th century millionaires to show off their estates today Capitol Hill boasts a wide range of dwellings from high rise condos, brick bungalows and middle class homes. This fast paced neighborhood has exciting restaurants, bars, tattoo parlors, diverse clothing stores and trendy watering holes. Colfax, Broadway, Downing and 6th Ave are the official borders of this urban area.
In the early summer the neighborhood plays host to fun local party called the People’s Fair where food, drink and gifts are displayed for the 2 day event.
